VXDIAG VCX NANO Ford and Mazda IDS Diagnostic scanner software installation license inactive error solution is provided below.
Problem:
One of VXDIAG Ford and Mazda scanner users has setup VMware for IDS V95, and the system was able to detect the VCM in VCI manager, but IDS did not communicate with VCM device.
The Ford & Mazda IDS software displayed an error:
“Your current IDS software license is inactive and must be reactivated to use Vehicle Communications. An inactive license can occur as a result of computer clock rollback or computer hardware changes.”

Two Possible solutions:
1. Contact Obd2diy.fr customer service to send you the IDS V95 software CD, reinstall the software again
2. Contact our customer service to get the free IDS download link, and follow our software video instruction
