Do you know the problem of JLR SDD show “Battery support unit is not connected”. please see the attached file

Make sure the ground cable is connected to a ground on the body or engine. If you connect it directly to the negative battery post, the vehicle will not recognize a state of charge. The negative cable must be connected before the battery monitor (the box on the negative cable).
JLR SDD works like a charm!
