Buying tips on how to buy best VAS5054A :

Q: There isn’t HQ clone at all or just in Chinese market?

In fact, it’s common to rework on the clone VAS5054, I’d like to share how I rework VAS5054, here instruction:

The Bluetooth module is a fake one since it has no capacitors and no resistances on the back.

Tips:

The rework job is something risky if you are not qualified, so take the below instruction or not, it depends on you.

It needs to remove the black transistor completely for the LT3010EMS8E that gets placed in there.

It’s true that voltage regulator that is commonly found on most clone units is actually better because it outputs more current than the original LT3010EMS8E. Because the dedicated regulator used in genuine units is not used with his “fine tuning” options enabled. That makes him to act as a simple voltage regulator and not as an advanced one, even if the chip itself is able to handle those extra features.
