Problem:
When tried to read eeprom 29f200 and 29f400 with Wellon VP-390 programmer, it did read eeprom, but I can not see the paw of the EEPROM.
I contacted my supplier obd2diy.fr, the engineer provided me the solution:
Check circuit board of the WL-TSOP48P adapter, short circuit the 2 holes in U2 position, see picture below:
Problem is fixed.
